Act V, Scene 8

On today's show, we say good by to our apprentice Greg Ciotti.. he has graduated and will move on to bigger and better things!

We had an extra half hour today thanks to Sherry Mill and "Ready for My Closeup Miss Mills" and we filled it.

We had some of the Actor's from Young Shakespeare's production of "Troilus and Cressida

And Norman Blumensaadt brought the leads from Different Stage's "Too Many Husbands."  What a fun show!

Oh, I almost forgot; Dustin Struhall called in and chatted about many thing including Curtain Call

First of all, we laughed a lot!

Our guests were the folks from Breaking String Productions talking about Austin's Graham Schmidt's (who also directed) translation of Uncle Vanya. Plus the Michelle Cheney, Micah Sudduth and Keylee Koop from City Theatre came in to talk about Little Dog Laughed.

Today we went in depth with The Tonys as well as Spider-Man, Turn off The Dark (which opened last night).

We had folks from The Kathy Dunn Hamrick Dance company on to talk about Murmur and their collaboration with NobleMotion Dance from Houston.

We also had Daniel Arredondo on who is the Minister of Music at the MCC Austin to talk about their Broadway Series

Act V, Scene 4

Another Groovy Show...

Stuart, Greg, and I welcomed The Poison Apple Intiative and they performed a  song in studio from their show Woyzeck (which opens tonight).   We also aired our interview with Kathy Panoff, The Director of Texas Performing Arts who shared highlights of their 30th anniversary season.  Finally, The Paradox Players, came on and performed a scene from "Independence" opening this weekend.
